Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups eFoodsDIRECT Pancake mix
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces beer (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. (Grease a regular loaf pan with shortening or butter.)
  2. Mix flour and sugar until well blended.
  3. Add the beer and stir until combined. The dough will be thick. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with whole oats.
  4. Bake one hour.
  5. Remove from oven and place loaf on cooling rack.

Tip: Great with butter and homemade jam!
