- 3 1/2 cups eFoodsDIRECT Pancake mix
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 12 ounces beer (room temperature)
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. (Grease a regular loaf pan with shortening or butter.)
- Mix flour and sugar until well blended.
- Add the beer and stir until combined. The dough will be thick. Pour into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with whole oats.
- Bake one hour.
- Remove from oven and place loaf on cooling rack.
Tip: Great with butter and homemade jam!
