If you read much about emergency preparation, sooner or later you’ll come across suggestions that you incorporate sprouting into your preparations (or your lifestyle!).
Some years ago at my first survival Expo, I came upon a table with two large, stainless steel containers that looked like industrial size coffee machines. Other attendees were helping themselves to water in paper cups provided which they poured from a spigot at the bottom of each machine.

Knowledge of even basic first aid skills is vital in saving someone’s life, especially the life of a loved one. In my travels working disaster, I’ve seen thousands of dead bodies with injuries that if someone knew even basic first aid, they would be alive today and not six feet under.
IMPORTANT: It’s very simple to turn off your gas, but the gas company must come out to turn it back on, so don’t actually turn your gas off unless it is an emergency!
