Lay Away

This program will allow your family to reserve the food they need and pay for it over time. There is no layaway fee for this service. You can decide to pay with credit card, check, or automatic checking withdrawal. Please call 800-810-4441 to start your layaway program today.

30 day option - Down payment of at least 30% down, one final payment due 30 days from original order date.

90 day option - 4 equal payments. 1st payment due at date of the order, 2nd payment due in 30 days, 3rd payment due 60 days from order date, 4rd payment due 90 days from order date.

6 month option - 7 equal payments. 1st payment due at date of the order, 2nd payment due in 30 days, 3rd payment due 60 days from order date. 4th payment due 90 days from order date. 5th payment due 4 months from order date. 6th payment due 5 months from order date. 7th payment due 6 months from order date.

**Credit card and automatic checking payment will be made the next business day following a weekend or holiday.

Refund-Cancellation Policy

1. You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us in writing. If we do not receive your final payment by the "final payment due" date, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase unless we agree to extend that date.
2. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all money you have paid, less a cancellation charge of 5% of monies paid. The cancellation charge can be avoided by using your balance to purchase other products from Efoods Direct.
