DIRECTIONS:

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk contents of pouch with 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1 cup water; batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour batter on a lightly greased and preheated griddle. Cook at 375 ºF for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown.

For waffles add 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon oil to batter and cook in waffle iron.
