How much food do you need?Be sure you have given serious study and thought to how many years of food you will need to get through the coming shortages and problems. Supplies are vegetarianAll the soups and entrees are all vegetarian. Any “meat” (Vegetable “Beef” Stew, for example) is textured vegetable protein or TVP.
Shipping InformationShipments are sent UPS usually the following day after your order. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by your zip code in the shopping cart. The length of travel time for shipments after leaving the warehouse varies from two to five business days depending on your location in the country.
