Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

This Macaroni and Cheese Casserole is another all time favorite that can be prepared quickly. Bring smiles to your family's faces by trying this delicious recipe tonight!


Macaroni and Cheese Casserole - Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup macaroni noodles
  • 1/4 cup dried cheese powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup dry whole egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried green pepper

Cook the macaroni in the boiling salted water until tender. Drain and combine the macaroni, green pepper, parsley and onion. Mix together cheese, egg, milk, and warm water. Blend well. Pour over the macaroni mixture. Place in a greased pan, bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
