- 12 slices eFoods Direct Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 cup eFoods Direct Whey Milk(prepare according to pkg directions)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eFoods Direct Eggs Done Right
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
- 1 Tsp. Canola oil
Using a large mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar until the batter is smooth. Over medium high heat, use a large pan, adding oil. Soak the bread in mixture for about 1 minute. Place in pan; cook until it is golden brown on each side. Serve hot with your favorite maple syrup.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 12 Servings.
