- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup eFoodsDirect Whey Milk
- 1 and 1/2 cup eFoodsDirect Pancake Mix
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 and 1/2 cup eFoodsDirect Almond Coconut Granola
- 1/2 cup dried fruit
- 1/2 cup coconut
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done. You may need to add more flour depending on your elevation.
Cook time: 30 minutes; Makes 9-12 muffins
