- 1 cup eFoodsDirect Blueberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place ingredients into a large bowl. Stir, and beat mixture until smooth.
Spoon the batter into a lightly greased 9×13 baking pan. Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, or until they’re just barely beginning to pull away from the sides of the pan. Remove from oven and cool before cutting.
Cooking Time: 40 minutes; Makes 24 Brownies.
