- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2-cup water
- 1 strip lemon rind
Freeze blueberries in airtight containers in a single layer for at least 2 hours.
In a small saucepan, bring sugar, water and lemon rind to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar for a minute. Set aside to cool. In a blender, blend frozen fruit, pouring in syrup slowly, until smooth for 4 minutes.
Cooking Time: 5 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
