- 2 cups eFoodsDirect Tropical Fruit Medley (prepare according to directions)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter-melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 cup Sparkling Apple Cider
- 1-cup French vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use 13x 9” baking dish, add melted butter, brown sugar, cornstarch, sparkling cider, and tropical fruit medley. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with French vanilla ice cream.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
