- 2 cups eFoodsDirect au Gratin Potatoes (prepare according to pkg. directions)
- 1-cup chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 2/3 cup carrots-diced
- 2/3 cup celery-diced
- 1/2-cup light cream
- 1-cup pepper jack cheese
Using a large saucepan, mix together potatoes along with the chicken broth, water, carrots and celery. Stir occasionally while bringing to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir occasionally until potatoes are tender. Add cheese and stir. Remove from heat and stir in light cream.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
