- 2 cups eFoods Direct Green Beans (prepare according to pkg. directions)
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 10 slices bacon-fried and crumbled
- 6 hard-boiled eggs-chopped
- 6 tbsp. salad dressing
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Combine green beans, balsamic vinegar, oil, onion, salt, and pepper; refrigerate overnight. One (1) hour before serving, add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill 30 minutes gently stir before serving.
Cooking Time: 1.5hours after overnight marinade; Makes 4 Servings.
