green beans



  • 2 cups eFoods Direct Green Beans (prepare according to pkg. directions)
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 10 slices bacon-fried and crumbled
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs-chopped
  • 6 tbsp. salad dressing
  • 4 tsp. vinegar
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions

Combine green beans, balsamic vinegar, oil, onion, salt, and pepper; refrigerate overnight. One (1) hour before serving, add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill 30 minutes gently stir before serving.

Cooking Time: 1.5hours after overnight marinade; Makes 4 Servings.
