- 2 cups eFoods Direct Corn (prepare according to pkg. directions)
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped re onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1 cup melted butter
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Use a medium size casserole dish drizzled with melted butter.
Prepare corn according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine corn, creamed corn, eggs, milk, crackers, chicken and onions. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cooking Time: 60 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
