- 4 cups eFoods Direct Creamy Pasta Roma (prepare according to pkg. directions)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
- 2 cups cooked roasted chicken-diced
- 1 cup zucchini-diced
- 1.5 cups fresh asparagus
- 1/2-cup red pepper-chopped
- 1-cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
Cook pasta. Heat dressing in large pan on medium heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook12 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently. Add broth and cream cheese spread; cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently Add Parmesan cheese; mix well.
Drain pasta; return to pot. Add chicken and vegetable mixture; toss lightly. Cook 2 minutes until heated through. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
