green beans



  • 4 cups eFoods Direct Green Beans (prepare according to pkg. directions)
  • 3-tbsp.olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 15 oz cans white beans-rinsed/drained
  • 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley-chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper

Cooking Instructions

Prepare green beans according to package directions. Over medium high heat in a large pan, add oil, garlic, paprika and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add green beans, vinegar and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stir in parsley. Set aside. In another medium pan add cleaned shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, stir in parsley. Place green beans on platter, top with shrimp mixture.

Cooking Time:  15 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
