- 4 cups eFoods Direct Green Beans (prepare according to pkg. directions)
- 3-tbsp.olive oil
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 15 oz cans white beans-rinsed/drained
- 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley-chopped
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
Prepare green beans according to package directions. Over medium high heat in a large pan, add oil, garlic, paprika and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add green beans, vinegar and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stir in parsley. Set aside. In another medium pan add cleaned shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, stir in parsley. Place green beans on platter, top with shrimp mixture.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
