Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg.eFoods Direct Chili Dumplings (use just chili packet and )
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup cheddar Cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Sliced Onions
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 8 “real” cheddar cheese slices
  • 1-cup mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Mix ground beef, chili packet, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Put thumb in middle of each patty to make a pocket. Add cheese, and pull burger patty together to cover cheese. Repeat for all burgers. In a large pan, fry burgers until they are cooked through on both sides.

Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls in an oven, or on a grill for about 25 seconds until they are golden brown. Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onions (if desired) and mayonnaise.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes; Makes 8 Servings.
