Ingredients

  • 1 pkg eFoods Direct Chili & Dumplings (only use chili packet)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can diced Mexican tomatoes w/chili peppers
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1-cup water
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1-cup sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups water

Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Place turkey in the pot, and cook until evenly brown. Stir in onion, and cook until tender.

Pour water into the pot. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans, chili beans, garlic, chili packet, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot with fresh grated cheese on top and a dollop of sour cream.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
