White Cheddar Pasta Shells



  • 2 cups eFoods Direct White Cheddar Pasta Shells (prepare according to pkg. directions)
  • 8 oz ground beef-sirloin
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped scallion
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 oz. blue cheese-crumbled
  • 2 hamburger rolls-split

Cooking Instructions

Prepare pasta according to package directions in a medium saucepan. Set aside. Combine sirloin beef, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and pepper, mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/4″ thick. Place 1/2 cheese in center of one patty; place the other patty on top. Press edges together. Repeat with other two patties, cheese and seal. Place in a large pan and fry for 5 minutes on each side.

Toast buns under oven broiler until lightly browned. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce and onions (optional).

Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 2 Servings.
