- 2 cups eFoodsDirect Corn Chowder (prepare according to directions)
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast-chopped
- 1 tbsp. Melted butter
- 1/2 cup onion-chopped
- 2 cups red potatoes-diced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package gravy mix
- 1 tsp. Ground sage
- 2 cups water
Melt butter in large pan on medium heat. Add onion; cook for 3 minutes. Add water and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Prepare gravy mix with milk and blend until smooth. Stir into pan. Add turkey, corn chowder and sage. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
