- eFoods Direct Cheddar Broccoli Soup (prepare according to directions)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms-sliced
- 4 cups chopped onions
- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2-cup mayonnaise
- 5 eggs
- 1-cup whole milk
- 1 cup fresh grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch)-store bought
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Sauté vegetables in a large pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5-8 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs, mayonnaise and milk in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and shredded cheese; pour into piecrust. Place on baking sheet. Bake 50 minutes until center of quiche is set and golden brown.
Set aside for 10 min. to cool before slicing to serve.
Cooking Time: 60 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
