- 3 cups eFoodsDirect Corn (prepare according to directions)
- 2 tbsp. Melted butter
- 1 tbsp. Canola oil
- 1.5 cups diced russet potatoes
- 1 cup onion-chopped
- 1 cup celery-chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper-chopped
- 4 tsp. OLD BAY seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4-cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz lump crabmeat
Heat butter and oil in large pan over medium high-heat. Add potatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, Old Bay Seasoning and bay leaf; cook and stir 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with flour; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and chicken broth. Stir & bring to a boil. Add corn and crabmeat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving.
Cooking Time: 25 minutes; Makes 8 Servings.
