- 2 cups eFoodsDirect Cheddar Broccoli Soup (prepare according to directions).
- 2 cups chopped chicken breast-cooked
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1Tbsp. Italian Dressing
- 1 cup condensed chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 4 cups broccoli-chopped
- 1cup whole milk
- 1/2-cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1cup Cheddar Cheese
In a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté onions in Italian dressing until tender. Add chicken, chicken broth, water and broccoli; stir. Bring to boil; cook10 min. until broccoli is tender. Stir in milk and rice; simmer on medium heat for 5 min. Blend with immersion blender, or regular blender until smooth. Return to pan; cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve topped with cheese.
Cooking Time: 35 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
