- 2 cups eFoods Direct Potato Cheddar Soup (prepare according to directions)
- 1-cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup onions-chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
Using a medium pan, sauté onions, carrots and broccoli until tender over medium-high heat. Prepare Potato Cheddar Soup according to directions. Add together and cook for another 10 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 4 Servings.
