- 2 cups eFoodsDirect Potato Cheddar Soup (prepare according to directions)
- 6 Beef Hot Links-sliced
- 1-cup sour cream
Prepare potato cheddar soup according to directions. In a large pan place slices hot-links and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add to soup mixture. Cook another 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite fresh bread, place in soup bowls and add a dollop of sour cream on top.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes; Makes 6 Servings.
