- 2 cups eFoodsDirect Cheddar Broccoli Soup (prepare according to directions).
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 cups broccoli-diced into small florets
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1tsp. pepper
- 1/2-cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion to garnish
Prepare Cheddar Broccoli Soup. Peel and chop potatoes. In a large crock-pot combine the potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic and chicken stock that will cover ingredients. Cook on high heat for 6-7 hours. Add sour cream, cheese and onions on top to garnish after removing from crock-pot.
Cooking Time: 6.5 Hrs-high heat; Makes 4 Servings.
