Cooking Directions:

Prepare Chili with Cornmeal Dumplings as directed on packaging, setting aside the dumplings (for ideas on how to use, see Dumpling Donut Holes).  While chili is cooking, preheat oven to 375°.  Slice potatoes into slices length wise, about 1/2 inch thick.  Then cut slices into 1/2 inch think chunks, so you have chunks that are long and roughly 1/2 thick in diameter.  Line up slices onto cookie sheet, then spray with cooking spray and sprinkle garlic salt and onions to taste.  Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes  start to golden around the edges.  Place fries on plate, then pour chili over.  Top with cheese.

Cook time: About 30 minutes; Serves 4
