Cooking Directions:

Heat oil on stove.  Combine cinnamon and sugar, then pour on a plate and set aside.  Prepare dumplings as instructed until balls of dough are formed.  Drop dough in oil until all sides are golden brown.  Roll each donut hole in cinnamon sugar until coated.  Allow to cool before eating.

Cook time: About 10 minutes; Makes 3-4 donut holes
