- 8 Tbsp. butter powder
- 1 packet yeast
- 3 Tbsp. sugar or 2 T honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 6 Tbsp. eFoodsDirect Instant Potatoes
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 3 cup flour
In a bowl combine the butter powder, yeast, sugar, water, instant potatoes, salt, and 1 cup of flour. Stir well then cover with plastic wrap and let sit 15 minutes. Stir vigorously for 3 minutes.(Alternately you can use an electric mixer for this step.) Add the remaining 2 cups of flour a little at a time. Dough will be stiff after all flour has been added so you may have to mix with your hands at the end. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap again and let rise in a warm place until double in size, 45–60 minutes. Make about 12 rolls from dough and place on greased pan and let rise another 30 minutes. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
Cook time: 120 minutes; Makes 12 rolls
