- 24 eFoodsDirect Pineapple Chunks
- 24 Slices of Bacon
- 24 toothpicks (place in water for 10 minutes to soak)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Wrap each pineapple chunk with bacon. Trim excess. Place on a lined baking sheet and secure with toothpicks. Bake for 20 minutes until bacon is a little crispy. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and place under broiler for just a couple of minutes. Don’t’ walk away, or they will burn. Remove and enjoy!
