- 3 cups eFoodsDirect Almond Coconut Granola (prepare according to directions)
- 1.5 cups dried cranberries
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1-cup pecans
- 1 can condense
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 13 x 9” inch pan with parchment paper & coat with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix together granola, sweetened condensed milk, butter, cranberries and pecans with your hands until well blended. Press flat into the prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned just around the edges. Don’t over bake. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares then let cool another 15 minutes before serving.
Cooking Time: 45 minutes; Makes 12 Servings.
