- 3 cups eFoodsDirect Pineapple chunks
- 1/3-cup milk
- 1/4-cup sugar
Combine pineapple chunks, milk, and sugar in a food processor; pulse until almost smooth, with some chunks of pineapple remaining. Pour half mixture into a medium bowl. Pulse remaining mixture until completely smooth; add to mixture in bowl.
Divide evenly among eight 3-ounce molds, and insert wooden Popsicle sticks. Freeze 4 hours until solid.
Cooking Time: 4 hours; Makes 8 Servings.
